 Hi Jay!

Menstrual cups are great! I've been using one for several years now and have never looked back!

To reduce clotting, make sure you drink lots of water and get adequate healthy fats. You could even take an omega 3 supplement like fish oil which helps to keep menstrual fluid running smoothly. Something with a 2:1 EPA:DHA ratio, unless you also struggle with mood issues, than 1:1 is great!

Hope this helps!

Hey ! I'm no expert but I'd suggest that maybe you wait until the clots are smaller to use a cup ? Just to make sure everyting goes smoothly ? :)
