I started my period during a morning before school. I woke up to get dressed for school, went to the bathroom, and there was blood all over my clothes. So I hollered to my mom, luckily she had some thin panty liners. I wore them for the first time. The second time I switched to bigger ones. I did end up going to school. It was an awful day of school having to deal with it but the second time it was better. I got mine at the age of 12..Girls when you get yours for the 1st time, don’t be afraid.
