What type of tampon do you prefer for a first tampon?
And what are other tampons that you suggest?
So this is a little about me my name is Emmalie and I am 11 and I have already gotten my period but it is still inrregular. And I asked my mom if I could use a tampon the next time I get my period and she said “Yes”. So I need your guys opinion on this.

The U by Kotex sleek regular tampons are smaller than normal tampons, but I think they're great for first-time users. Playtex Sport are good as well. However, I don't reccommend the Tampax Pearls. They were just uncomfortable for me.

Hi Emmalie!

My recommendation is that you try an organic tampon for 'light' or 'regular' flow first. These tampons are smaller, and will be easier to insert and use.

Take your time with it- it will take some practice to get it right! If you're concerned, you can wear an organic pantyliner at the same time in case you get leaks.
