When I'm out and active, I use my divacup.  When I'm home and cozy, I use my lunapads.  It doesn't matter which way you go, so long as you are comfortable. :)

Both will do fine. But, just use cloth pads for a little spotting. I use my menstrual cup for heavy flow days. My light flow days are not enough flow for me to justify using a cup. Cloth pads do the job just perfectly.

It's totally up to you and what you prefer to use. Either one will work fine. Cloth pads can be fun because they come in different patterns and feel really nice against your skin. Menstrual cups are great because they are super convenient and can be left in for up to 12 hours at a time.

I'm on Seasonique right now and you are only supposed to get your period once every three months. I'm spotting at least twice during that three months and using my cup for that. For me, I just feel 'cleaner' using my cup. Ultimately you should do what is most comfortable for you, but both options are fine! Go with what you love :)
