ok so i dont know if my period is too heavy or not i soak through a regular tampon every hour or so, if i wear a pad i wear it all school day (it feels really wet tho) but change right away when i get home, this occurs for the 1st to the 3rd day. does anyone else experience this??

I'm not a professional, but that sounds quite heavy to me. My flow is really light but even so, I think soaking a tampon in an hour is definitely heavy. Perhaps you should talk to your doctor. I believe there are things they can do to help with heavy periods. Marked as spam
