What I would do is wait for a perfect time when it's just you and her (maybe when she tucks you into bed at night or brings you to school) and just say, "Hey, Mom? Can I ask you something?" She'll probably say, "Of course, sweetie. What is it?" Then you say, "I have been feeling like my underwear is wet. I think it might be vaginal discharge. Could we get some panty-liners, please?"
