Heyyyyyy I have not got my period yet but I have asked my mom what I could do and now I will share with you! You could youse a heating pad,drink tea,rest,take medicine or scream into a pillow (lol) but don’t worry you got this have an amazing day bye!

Hi! I don't have my period yet either but I will share some good ideas. This may sound crazy, but movement helps! Take a walk or ride a bike. Drink a tonnnn of tea. Do some light stretching/yoga, like child's pose, butterfly, and cobra. And take some deep breaths.
